Someday in the future – when aging is cured and I look and feel 25 but have the wisdom of my chronological years – I expect to be very grateful that I was still alive and healthy when those anti-aging technologies came into being.
But more than that – much more than that – I’m grateful right now, in this moment, that I’ve created anti-aging habits and practices that make me feel good and look far younger than my years.
Vanity? No! It’s not vanity to want to enjoy life with vigor; to live passionately; to look great and share joy, love, accomplishment and adventure. That doesn’t have to change just because we live longer.
And I want the same for you.
That’s why I created this website: to share the body/mind/spirit anti-aging tips that are keeping me healthy and fit, full of enthusiasm, vitality, stamina, flexibility and joy.
JOY – Most of all.
BEFORE: I wasn’t always this way. Before I began my anti-aging program in 2004, I was stressed-out and cranky, sliding downhill into old age, falling apart mentally and physically, with all the energy of a slug.
Oh, I knew exactly how to grow old. I had watched my mother deteriorate little by little as Alzheimer’s ravaged her mind and body.
So I just headed that way too – complete with symptoms of early Alzheimer’s, which caused my kids to insist I go to the doctor for testing.
Then one day in the garage I “woke up” and realized that my beliefs and programming about aging were creating a life for me that I DID NOT WANT!
That’s when I decided that I would become fresh and new and alive and yes!, grow younger.
AFTER: Once I had a clear intention to reverse aging, the next step was to learn how. I began adapting practices I had used successfully in other areas of my life (career, money, family) and researched the latest body/mind/spirit anti-aging methods.
Soon a whole anti-aging program emerged that’s supported me in becoming not only physically healthier and more energetic and strong, but also sharper mentally and quicker to adapt and learn new things.
These exciting changes and success in growing younger gave me a passion to share my anti-aging tips with others.
That’s where you come in.
